I had an excellent facial today and was very impressed with the level of professionalism. The therapist took the time to review the skincare products I’m currently using and provided additional, tailored advice regarding my skin condition, which was extremely helpful. The treatment itself was thorough, well-executed, and delivered noticeable results — my skin feels calmer, more balanced, and refreshed. I would highly recommend their services.

Absolutely wonderful salon, Nisha was brilliant! I felt like I was with a friend, she made me feel very comfortable. I travelled 5 hours for c02 laser treatment after reading loads of reviews and researching different salons. I won't hesitate to come back for my next! I was able to have the treatment at my own pace and felt fully cared for. I really cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for taking care of me. I cant wait to see the results over the next few weeks!

Always a good experience coming in for my monthly laser treatment. Yuliia’s approach is very professional and gentle. She’s very knowledgeable to customise settings each visit, based on regrowth and how my skin is doing at that specific time, in order to optimise treatment and work with my pain threshold. She also has a way of making you feel at ease — ensuring comfort, privacy, and clear answers to all questions. I appreciate the commitment to good customer service and best outcome.

Michael Smith is the best chiropractor I have ever come up - in London as well as in Hong Kong! I never have to tell him where my problems are, he could tell in one touch and will get in to it. I always feel my eyes can see clearer and brain less foggy as he resolved the stiffness in my muscles and better blood circulation results. I strongly recommend him!

Would highly recommend Dr Rolla. I can actually visibly notice the difference after treatment, my skin looks great after Fraxel treatment.

Really good experience

i had a consultation appointment today and was told all the treatments available for my condition and packages for me. overall satisfied with my visit today.

Zeli was great. I took my mum to have a back massage and Zeli made her feel comfortable straight away. She firstly helped her with a very sore back and arm and kept checking in whether everything was okay. I’d highly recommend BoL 😊

Staff and facilities excellent. Even got a free massage on this super duper hi tech armchair .
