Ketan is, by far and away, the best physical therapist I have ever visited. I have a complex set of physical and nervous system problems caused by chronic migraine and a series of car/snowboard accidents and Ketans holistic approach is what allows me to keep moving! Over my time with him I have seen good general improvement in things like sleep, pain and mobility, and as a ‘quick fix’ emergency treatment he also successfully ‘unlocks’ parts of my body (back, leg, feet) that have been causing me a specific problem. I cannot recommend Ketan enough.

This was my third PRP, the final one for this protocol. The results are in - both in every day glow, and the last hours of recovery have been swift with my skin used to the treatment. Besides the results, it is Enrida's care and professionalism that keeps me coming back.

Sacred Lotus is a beautiful space - a hidden gem in Pitshanger and I’m so happy to have discovered it! My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. I really look forward to my reflexology treatment with Andrea. Following discussion, Andrea based the latest treatment around my migraine symptoms which had been developing beforehand. Following treatment my 'headiness' disappeared within an hour of leaving the salon. I cannot recommend Andrea more highly. It is by far the most relaxing treatment I have ever had and she has such a lovely caring manner. An hour of perfect relaxation and bliss in a very calming environment. Thank you Andrea.

Reflexology with Andrea is the reason I keep returning. Andrea is so tuned in and compassionate in every session. She always starts by asking what she can help with on that occasion and then will take your lead on whether you are feeling quieter or would like to talk more. She remembers what you have worked on previously and also very kindly details of what you may have talked about, even if the spaces between appointments are longer. Deepika, was so lovely, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and asked questions to better understand my needs and wants. I didnt feel pressure at anypoint to do a treatment outside of my price range. She was very gentle, and i didnt feel any pain. The clinic itself is clean, and the aesthetics of it is very calming. Overall a really postive experience and I would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you 🫶🏼

It’s my second round of getting treatments with Deepika! She’s honestly been amazing, and I enjoy getting to catch up with her, she’s so warm and really makes me feel at ease for my treatments. I have already seen my results from my first session & the results defo speak for itself 🤩 She is really professional, hygenic and the salon is very clean, you can definitely trust her in doing your treatments - she will look after you well!
