I came here a few months ago to do my lips. I was so happy with the results that I decided to do a bunch of other treatments. For me this is the best aesthetic practitioner in London! Naz is very attentive, gives great recommendations and has a great eye. I had beautiful results and minimal to no pain during procedures, even in the most sensitive areas like under eyes or lips or neck.

Very happy with how my hair was cut and styled. I went for quite a big change from long to short hair. I showed some pictures for inspiration and Zhanna adapted it to suit my hair type.

Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. Met with the physio who assessed my condition and came up with a treatment plan for me. The physio was very professional, clearly explained everything and made sure I understood the whole process. Looking forward to starting my treatment and on my way to recovery.
