Have a frustrating injury but Steph is doing everything in her power to ensure more tests etc are being done. Always going above and beyond for her patients. As an elite CrossFit athlete, I put my body through intense training every day, so having the right physio is essential. Kara has been a game-changer for my recovery and performance. She quickly finds the root cause of issues, not just the symptoms, and every session is focused and effective. I always leave moving better and stronger. She understands athletes and keeps me progressing safely. I trust her completely and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Steph is a brilliant physio. She finds out what the issue is then sets about fixing it! She’s also really friendly and a great communicator - which helps when she’s then sticking her elbow into your back!

I’ve just completed my final physiotherapy session after months of pain following a car accident, and the experience has been extremely positive. My physiotherapist Hannah was wonderful from the initial assessment onwards. She actively listened to my concerns, tailored each session to my progress, and clearly explained my condition and treatment plan. She’s professional, knowledgeable, patient-centred and always made me feel comfortable — a true asset to the practice. The reception team were also very friendly, professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Had a massage with Hannah this afternoon. First time I’ve had an appointment with Hannah and it was amazing. Instant relief in my lower back due to sitting at a desk most of the time at work. My calf will be another few appointments. I’ve used SP Physio for a few years now and never lets you down. Always 5 ⭐️ from me

Been to a few Physiotherapy's over the years, the most recent one being SP Physiotherapy in Paisley. It was Harriet, physiotherapist who treated me & in my opinion, one of the best! Very professional, knowledgeable, made me feel at ease during examination & explained in detail, what was going on. Gave me treatment, physically showing me exercises to do at home with written instructions. Left after hour’s appointment feeling much better with myself and looking forward to the next one (not felt that before). No hesitation recommending Harriet as a physiotherapist, just wish I found her sooner.

Outstanding! Approaching 50 I've seen my fair share of physio's over the years having used all of the main ones in and around Paisley. Stephanie's approach and genuine care far exceeds any previous physio's I've used. Could not recommend highly enough.

Steph is a wonderful physio that helped me before & so when I once again needed physio,I had no hesitation to book with SP Physiotherapy and get a consultation with a view to arranging a course of physio. Steph gathered all appropriate information & showed me some movements to be practiced and a course of treatment appointments planned & booked in. I can highly recommend this company as my experience in the past was great.

I had trapped nerves in my back and had difficulty walking and required help from SP Physiotherapy. Hannah was was physiotherapist who treated me and the treatment I received was extremely professional delivered in a pleasant manner. There is no comparison between NHS physiotherapy and SP Physiotherapy, SP are miles ahead in treatments and equipment. Well worth a visit if physio is required.

One of the easiest straight 5 star reviews to give. Staff were warm, friendly & professional in a nice comfortable environment. Onto the physio herself, Stephanie was extremely patient & thorough in her assesment of my injury, leaving no stone unturned in diagnosing the problem & for me personally & more importantly has a clear & concise direction of travel with the planned treatment for rehabilitation. I cannot recommend her and the business highly enough

Every single session I have attended, to receive physio assessment and treatment for a knee pain - that turned out to be a degenerative meniscal tear, have been informative, supportive and beneficial to the recovery of my knee. I have found Steph to be professional and keen to see that I received the best care and treatment available to ease the pain and discomfort experienced. The exercises given for me to do at home helped both stabilise and strengthen my knee, to the extent that my mobility has improved greatly and the pain has mostly gone. I would highly recommend SP Physiotherapy.

This was my 2nd visit to SP physiotherapy with Harriet. I developed sacro iliac pain due to the wrong posture when picking up an item from the floor 3weeks ago-easy done. The follow up from my first appointment Harriet was pleased with my recovery but still felt I needed to continue with the treatment. Following the treatment and exercises I am now pain free, no more Paracetamol but I’m continuing with exercises. Thank you Harriet and SP Physio 🎉

My sessions with SP Physiotherapy have significantly improved recovery of my hand movement following my surgery for Dupuytren Contracture. Highly recommended in addition to NHS post surgery Physio sessions.

I went to SP Physio Therapy with a painful knot in my shoulder and muscle tightness from running. Roy was fantastic—he quickly found the problem, explained everything clearly, and provided treatment that made a huge difference. I left feeling much looser and far more comfortable. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I would highly recommend Roy and sp physio therapy to anyone needing physio treatment.

I've been to SP Physiotherapy a few times now (lower back issues), with different physiotherapist and they have all been fantastic. They take the time to explain what is wrong, how they will treat it then they move onto the treatment, which you feel it is really doing something. I've also received a comprehensive exercise plan, which really helps when I followed it. Overall, really happy with the service they provide.
