Lily was absolutely lovely. Ive recently gone through a breakup and have been lacking a lot of confidence (especially as im not a girly girl either) but shes made me feel a million pounds. I actually cried at home because I've not felt this beautiful in a long time. Thank you so much Lily. I can't put into words how much I appreciate it. I'll definitely book again x

Erin was lovely. She did a great job of my hair. I've recently had knee surgery and was desperate for my hair doing and to feel normal. She did more than that. I've already booked to go back to see her again in 2 weeks.

Amy is amazing, she cut my hair which was thin and awful. And she had revived its life and also guided me on how to style it now it's thinner. The next week she cut my daughters hair her first proper cut and she did amazing with her and made her feel comfortable and listened to. Will most definitely visit again. Thabk you Luxe!

I had such a brilliant experience with Amy this morning. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and instantly put me at ease. I wasn’t sure how short to go, but she guided me with so much confidence and care. I’m absolutely thrilled with how my hair looks and feels — it’s got so much bounce and shape. Amy also recommended a salt spray to give it even more lift, which was such a helpful touch. She really knows her stuff. I walked out feeling amazing.

Fabulous as usual, this is the only salon in Leeds that I prefer. The cut and blow dry today was just what I wanted, and Laura really went to great lengths that I was happy. Uch appreciated! Great value too. And just to say that I travelled a lot of miles to get to my favourite salo .

Today I've had an appointment with Amy Sandlan. She was doing roots retouch with cut. Amy is a gem and she is amazing. She took her time do to my hair very properly and she wouldn't miss even small detail. Whole experience was really pleasant as she was checking if I'm fine thruout every step of the work. My experience was even more pleasant as nearly 4 hrs appointment went smooth over lovely conversations. Sadly it was my last appointment with the Luxe as we are moving away from Leeds but will recommend the salon to my friends. Hopefully they will share my lovely experience with you all.

Lily was great! She really helped me not feel nervous because I came in there feeling nervous because I have social anxiety. She helped me navigate my preference and moved professionally and friendly the entire time. My appointment with her went great :)
