Nikki was fantastic. Made me feel listened to, understood what I wanted by piecing together my random thoughts and ideas and turned my hair into something I love. She did an excellent colour on my hair and gave good advice on products to use to maintain it as long as possible. The salon itself was nice and warm, spacious and had lots of nice hustle and bustle without feeling overcrowded. I've booked to go back already.

Had my first appointment with Kitty yesterday- cut and colour, and I can see why there are so many 5 star reviews. What a great salon! Love the decor and the vibes. The BEST in Leeds. I trust her with ANYTHING on my face. I just tell her to do what she thinks as she is so good. If you are looking to get anything done I HIGHLY recommend Charlotte.
