Otu (head beautician) is literally the best. She makes sure you are comfortable at all times and explains each step before proceeding. I also love the fact that she’s a perfectionist just as I am. So my overall experience was just perfect.

Gloria was very professional and pleasant. I found the table a bit hard, though. Perhaps a pillow roll to under ones knees? I definitely, will return!!!!!

I booked my hair appointment with a particular stylist well in advance and early in the morning. Upon getting there even though she was free she told someone else to do my hair. I don’t see the point of the booking if clients are going to be treated that way. The last time they did that they put me with someone very inexperienced and it took a toll on my hair. Thankfully this time the stylist who did my hair was good but it’s not fair that I have to be taking those chances with my hair when I’ve already gone out of my way to book an appointment in advance.

Just wow! My appointment started on time and the service was excellent! Suliat did my hair and she knew what she was doing. My hair really loved the products as well! Pleased with the overall service and the friendliness of the staff. Will definitely be back.

Amazing atmosphere, great customer service My first time in Lagos and the first hair salon I’ve been to here. I had a great experience and I will certainly be back !!

Genevieve was very thorough, the service was great and she also tweezed all ingrowns

My hairstyle came out great. However my hairstylist's hand was hard yo. Combing my hair starting from the root instead of from the end- it was quite painful.

Had to wait about 40mins before my appointment started but asides that it was pretty good
