From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome that instantly made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff were attentive and kind. I love the staff but so far I have never booked an appointment that has not been canceled. This is the first salon I’ve been to in Abu Dhabi that has canceled my appointment ever. It’s now happened 4 times in a row and is getting to be quiet upsetting especially since I do extensions, I tried booking in advance , my appointment still got canceled, I tried confirming with my credit card it still got canceled. I’m really at a loss on how to get an appointment that you will keep. It’s actually getting to a point where however much I like the salon and the staff that it’s not relaxing

Since my wax lady moved back home, I have been looking for someone new. I read the rave reviews about Anna and she lived up to them all! I will definitely be sticking with her from now on. Was visiting Abu Dhabi on a stopover and booked my daughter in here for a shampoo and blow dry. They were super-punctual, Fadi did a beautiful job of her long thick hair in only 30 minutes and the tea and biscuits they gave me were much appreciated. Will definitely return if in Abu Dhabi again.
