From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome that instantly made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff were attentive and kind. Awesome as always. Really rare of me to share detailed feedback, but the eyebrow service recevied this time was below expectations in terms of how rushed it was done, had to request for it to be repeated (which I really hate asking for and I feel bad doing so too) I really wish next time this service can be enhanced in terms of the time allocated to providing it and the care it needs expecilly that clouring it something customers will have to live with for a while until the colour fades away.
