More than happy to have come to this salon. Jodi was amazing. She absolutely knows what she is dping and was more than happy to talk me through what treatment I was having. Amazing hands. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10! I always go to her for my eyelashes and facial treatments, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Even though I don’t speak English very well, she always makes me feel comfortable and does everything she can to make sure we understand each other. I highly recommend her to everyone!

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I’m being a case study for Natalia and this is my 2nd one. I have problems with my back, hands and stomach and Natalia is working on all areas. She goes above and beyond and looks into depth about it all to give me great results. She’s got a lovely nature and is extremely welcoming, I love that she knows when I want to chat or when I need that little time to be quiet and enjoy the treatment in silence. 100% recommended and once Natalia is qualified I will most definitely be a regular Thank you xx

Aboustly happy everytime , I go in the sun on Hoilday, swim in the pool and the sea, I wash my hair in the shower and my lashes are still attached, always look natural, when they are ready to come off they naturally fall off, leaving my own lashes on, very comfortable place, lovely biscuits and tea , won’t go anywhere else,
