Firstly, they understood the requirements of melanated skin; secondly, SBS offered favorable terms and price points. I have zero regrets. She was kind, informative, and skilled, delivering a five-star service. My blemishes have significantly reduced, and my confidence increased. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10! I always go to her for my eyelashes and facial treatments, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Even though I don’t speak English very well, she always makes me feel comfortable and does everything she can to make sure we understand each other. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Really happy with my full head foils and colour, Leanne did a full consultation before colouring my hair and knew exactly what I wanted and delivered the results. Aboustly happy everytime , I go in the sun on Hoilday, swim in the pool and the sea, I wash my hair in the shower and my lashes are still attached, always look natural, when they are ready to come off they naturally fall off, leaving my own lashes on, very comfortable place, lovely biscuits and tea , won’t go anywhere else,

Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

I recently visited for a body treatment, and I couldn't be more impressed. The service was top-tier from start to finish—the team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. ​What really stood out was the expert advice I received. I was originally booked for a combination of Ultrasonic Cavitation, Radio-frequency skin tightening, and vacuum suction contouring. However, after a thorough consultation, the staff recommended a different treatment approach that they believed would be more beneficial and yield better results for my specific needs.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
