I had my first facial with Ella and it was amazing! I have never felt so relaxed during a facial. Ella was very knowledgable and explained the facial thoroughly. During the facial Ella did a neck and shoulder massage which was so relaxing! Looking forward to starting algae peels in September. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience and can’t recommend it enough. The sports massage was exactly what I needed and made such a difference to all the tightness and aches I’d been carrying. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. Laurie is genuinely friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I recently had a course of algae peels with Ella. I've never considered myself as someone with bad skin and have never really struggled with acne so I wasn't sure how much of a difference they would make. However, I have been overwhelmed by the number of compliments I've received since finishing the course! People keep telling me I look less tired, and I've noticed my complexion is much smoother and more even. My skin feels incredibly soft, bouncy, and healthy. The results have genuinely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be booking another course next year. Thank you Ella!

Just had my third Elemis Biotec facial with Jeanette. Amazing results already. What I love most about this salon is the time Jeanette took both during my first appointment and during the following ones to talk through my skincare needs and expectations. I had the Ella Method facial yesterday and it did not disappoint! Ella’s facial massage skills were amazing, it genuinely felt like having a mini face lift yet the whole treatment was simultaneously so relaxing. My face was noticeably less puffy afterwards and my jawline looks much more defined and sculpted. Even today I can still see the effects! I know Ella puts great care and thought into selecting her products and you can tell- my skin is glowing and so soft today. I’m getting married next year and I’ll definitely be adding these treatments into my beauty prep leading up to the wedding!

The whole experience was great. Ella started by explaining what would be happening for my massage The music and atmosphere were very soothing and relaxing Ella then completed my required back and leg massage. Once finished a felt refreshed and relaxed. I will be returning for more to help erase my back issues I would recommend Ella every time, she talks to relax you and checks all is comfortable during the massage I would award Ella a 10 out of 10, excellent 👍👍
