Five stars for Lee! Professional, friendly, and did an amazing job with my hair. My glow up/refresh on my highlights was just as requested. The salon is a real hidden gem in Derby with a great atmosphere 😊

The stylist did an amazing job with my fresh cut and colour—it turned out exactly how I wanted, and the curls at the ends were flawless. Sophie is a lovely lady consulted me which colour would be better and also gave me a good curtain bang! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some of the colour wasn’t fully removed from the back, so I had to wash my hair again once I got home.

Aiko is exceptional ! Her UV lashes once on will not come off ! Mine last me over 7 weeks - they gone on quickly and come off slowly . Aiko is very attention to detail and is so very friendly and very accommodating . I cannot recommend highly enough if you want lashes in Derby she is the one & I live in Manchester

As a new client I was made to feel very welcome by Jeanette. The skin consultation was thorough and no hard sell to buy products. Clear recommendations made and future appointments also recommended but not expected.

Booked for bikini and brow wax before my holiday. Lovely, clean room, Nikki was lovely and friendly. She recommended threading on my brows instead of wax and so glad she advised that because they look amazing! Now that I live in derby, I will absolutely be back here. Thank you

Really enjoyed my oxygen facial, I was so relaxed I fell asleep! My skin is glowing now even in winter. Ella provided some great advice, even offering follow up guidance on how I can alter my existing skincare regime to benefit my skin the most based on her assessment of my skin which I really appreciated. Thankyou Ella, I can’t wait to book in again when I’m back in Derby xxx

Farzilla was very warm and welcoming on our consultation. She even allowed me to attend the appointment with my 6month old baby, so It was easier for me.not to worry about babysitting for my.baby. she had a close look at my skin in person and explained the right treatment package for me. She was very upfront about me needing a few sessions of treatment, and was helpful in trying to keep things affordable at the same time. I look forward to my.first treatment. :)

Absolutely amazing place with great services, Tatjana is truly wonderful and very skilled. I am a regular and even tho I have moved out of Derby I have never found a better place and rather make an effort to travel for my appointments, very thankful for being convenient with time slots offerd. I can be very picky but I have never left disappointed. When in doubt, you can always trust her with what suits and fits you the most. 🥰💯

I saw page for my consultation and she was very good very informative about what I had asked for she took the time to actually go through it with me and I was very impressed as soon as I got there she offered me a drink and I even got a chocolate club biscuit I'm looking forward to having my hair done .
