Alison is amazing. We've nailed my cut and dye. Ive only ever had Alison as my hairdresser here but all the others are so friendly, ive never seen anyone without a big smile on their face and ive never left without one either.

My daughter just had her hair styled by Nisa at the salon, and the experience was wonderful. Nisa was amazing, so knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. She made the entire curl experience really enjoyable for my daughter and took great care to explain what she was doing. We’re so happy to have found a salon in Derby that truly knows how to style all hair types, making them a cut above the rest. We’re extremely pleased and will definitely be back/ highly recommending them to friends.

Very helpful and accommodating. Light and airy space that was peaceful. Listened to my hair concerns and offered me choices, so I was more comfortable with the process, and I came away happy, without too much off (which is my fear from it happening too many times before elsewhere!) Thank you!

I always look forward to my appointments with Ben and not just for the haircut and colour (which is always amazing btw). Ben has become someone I can tell all my worries to as well as discuss all the latest gossip, tv shows, fashion trends. His salon is lovely, theres always a good cuppa and he also does amazing wedding hair. He is an absolute joy to be around and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

It was such a pleasure to have my hair done today, what is so lovely about Ben is that he is genuine and honest and gives exactly the right advice. So refreshing to have a hairdresser who's not just going to bleach your hair just for the sake of it, to take better care of your hair in the long run. I had a nice treatment and a cut and blow dry, and my hair looked no less wonderful than if I'd just had it highlighted. Thanks Ben

Visit Erika’s beauty today and had my lashes done by Luca ! She was absolutely star from start to finish ! I could not recommended salon enough ! I have moved away from Derby year ago and still did not find salon who delivers such a great customer experience! So an hour drive is nothing when you know what to expect ! Thank you ladies ! I had an amazing experience at NESC. I visited them a week before my wedding for an afternoon spa and had 4 treatments done. Medi Pedi, Backcial, Thai Massage and HydraFacial. All of the treatments have been absolutely beautifully done by the knowledgable, Fiz, Sophie and Lucy. I loved them all and have made me feel so relaxed and ready for my wedding. Not only the treatments and their hands are great but also how lovely these ladies are and how well they have looked after and spoiled me, so attentive to the details providing cakes, pastries and drinks in each treatment. A huge thanks! ❤️😘.
