I love the way Cath adapts her techniques to the amount of tension in my muscles. She really seems to understand exactly what my body needs on the day, and each treatment feels completely personalised. I always leave feeling more relaxed, released, and cared for.

Laura does a very good massage, she explains things. It can be a bit uncomfortable at times but she releases the tightness. I always feel so much more relaxed after a session.

First time visiting the therapy hut, Lynn made me feel very welcome from start to finish! I had the Swedish full body massage which was so relaxing and Lynn worked the tension out of my shoulders and back! I left feeling brand new and very relaxed, thank you so much. Will definitely be back!
