Ellie responded really quickly to arrange an appointment. The experience was smooth with forms easy to fill online. The Japanese Head Spa was relaxing, with Ellie easily guiding you through the experience. A head analysis was completed at the beginning and end. Left me feeling relaxed and pampered! Thank you :)

I had a Japanese head spa treatment today and it was honestly the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was professional, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. Ellie paid great attention to detail and created such a calm, peaceful atmosphere that I was able to completely switch off and unwind. The treatment felt so luxurious, and my scalp and hair felt amazing afterwards. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free. Absolutely wonderful. First time having this treatment and have already booked a return. So much more than just a head spa- facial, massage on arms and hands. Feel relaxed, rested and truly replenished. The difference in my scalp from when I arrived to leaving is amazing!

Phoebe starts the session asking about any issues and adapts to support. She will also offer exercises or advice about the particular issues- I discovered the knot in my shoulder was likely due to weaker pec muscles! Can't wait until next time!

Amazing as always. I had not been for a while for reasons beyond my control and oh my you could tell the difference. Safe to say I have rebooked in for regular top ups because after the break you notice how much this actually helps ❤️

I have a scar from my belly button to my lower abdomen from surgery 7 years ago. The scar tissue round it was a pencil sized limiting movement and uncomfortable. The difference after a few sessions with Phoebe was remarkable, the pencil scar tissue is noticeably less and movement of my leg is better. If you have anything similar then I’d urge you to book an appointment with her.
