Walked in with aches, walked out pain free and able to move. Karin is brilliant at listening and adapting the massage to target hotshots. I feel amazing, calm and relaxed. I will be returning soon, can't recommend her enough.

Had a wonderful experience at Hands of Therapy. The treatment room was calm, relaxing, and very welcoming. Sarah was incredible with her hands — I left feeling so much more relaxed, lighter, and less bloated. Such kind and lovely service throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

Amazing Indian Head Massage, after holding all my tension in my back and shoulders, I felt free after this massage, I'd really recommend it. I was initially quite nervous about the appointment because I'm self conscious about my body, but Karin again worked her magic in her welcoming, totally non judgemental way. Thanks Karin!

And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better… I booked a facial with Christina! I have been seeing her for regular shoulders and back massages in the last few years, but today I decided to treat myself with a pre wedding facial. All great quality Elemis products. The most tranquil atmosphere. It was incredibly good and relaxing, she is so talented! My skin feels so smooth and glowing. She is the best massage and beauty therapist I ever came across. I had a full-body Lava Shell massage with lymphatic dry skin brushing from Karin, and it was fantastic. The dry brushing left my skin refreshed, and the warm shells melted away all tension. I felt deeply relaxed yet energised afterwards. Karin also gave an excellent scalp massage — the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend! 🤗

My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

My visits to lovely Karin get better each time, after a very stressful week, she knows exactly how to help get all of the tension away. This time I was happy to be a guinea pig for her new deep tissue massage and wow it was so worth it. The stress and tension just melted away. Thank you Karin for always knowing just what I need and for the hugs every time. You make me forget about the world outside for the time I am there.

My Indian head massage today has given me total relaxation. During the massage, the experience was truly amazing, helping to relieve a lot of tension and stress. Oh my goodness! I have just been sent to heaven and back with then most relaxing time at Blissful Balance. I started with an all over body scrub and then a full body relaxation massage. My skin feels smooth and my body fully relaxed. Thank you so much Karin and see you next month!!

I was only in Warwick for one night for a 60th birthday so I booked in with Kelly for a wash and blow dry before the event. She is such a lovely lady who did a fantastic job on my hair. If I lived in the area, I would be more than happy to have her as my go-to hairdresser :-)
