I experience ongoing shoulder and neck pain, so I regularly have deep tissue massages to help manage it. Nikki was absolutely brilliant. She really listened during the consultation and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, with all the tension gone. I’m already looking forward to my next massage.

My back pain is feeling so much better after having floated around and napped for an hour. Great facility with private shower in the pod suite, access to hairdryer and ability to hire towels if needed.

Finally meet someone that has alot of knowledge on the things that we dont get told about and that I also love to talk about. Lucy gave the best neck shoulder back massage for my problems around the base of my skull. Lucy was attentive gentle but firm and checked regularly I was ok. Highly recommend any one to go with muscular skeletal pain. Thank you x

And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better… I booked a facial with Christina! I have been seeing her for regular shoulders and back massages in the last few years, but today I decided to treat myself with a pre wedding facial. All great quality Elemis products. The most tranquil atmosphere. It was incredibly good and relaxing, she is so talented! My skin feels so smooth and glowing. She is the best massage and beauty therapist I ever came across. Sheri was lovely ! I avoid beauty salons at all costs but desperately needed to get rid of the knots in my back and shoulder. Arriving tired, stressed, cold and in pain i left feeling at ease, relaxed, my back feels 10 years younger and my shoulder has improved massively. Will definately go back. Thank y

Went in full of muscle aches and tightness, came out feeling lighter than air. Bridget did an amazing job with a full body deep tissue massage, super friendly and warm atmosphere, will definitely be going back regularly!

I was only in Warwick for one night for a 60th birthday so I booked in with Kelly for a wash and blow dry before the event. She is such a lovely lady who did a fantastic job on my hair. If I lived in the area, I would be more than happy to have her as my go-to hairdresser :-)

I loved my visit! The ultra red sauna was fab. But the float tank was amazing. I was a bit nervous about the tank itself, but needn’t have been, it was spacious and felt so safe and relaxing. I fully involved myself in the process and found the whole experience so relaxing and wonderful. Really hoping it could help with my chronic pain issues. Def want to come back.

Absolutely fantastic first experience at Spa Float Therapy. I came out of the pod with a significant release of tension from my lower back which I'd been holding for the past 2 months. Amrit made me feel very comfortable and welcome throughout the whole experience, and was happy to answer all the questions I had about this unique and powerful form of therapy. Had an amazing pregnancy massage with Lenka and would highly recommend! She made sure I was comfortable at every step and I felt so good afterwards, it definitely helped me get a great night sleep and relieved my back ache. I will be booking again 👍

Kelly was fabulous. She made me feel welcome and the atmosphere in the salon was relaxed and very friendly. My manicure and pedicure were excellent. I was very pleased with all. I'll definitely be back for another visit soon.

We booked an infrared sauna at the last minute and I’m so glad we did. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which set the tone straight away. The room was private, comfortable, and had everything you’d need — thoughtful touches like toiletries, fresh water, and even a phone stand made it feel really well set up. It was clean, calm, and genuinely relaxing… exactly what I needed. I left feeling completely refreshed and will definitely be back.

I had my first ever massage with Emma, I needed a quick and effective help for my back as it was hurting really bad. Emma made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She explained to me, what would be done during the treatment. I left feeling so much better and pampered to the point where I didn’t want to leave! Surely it’s not my last time visiting Balm and Emma for more relax :)
