Had in house teeth whitening system today through Wowcher brilliant results and was made to feel very comfortable friendly professional lady explained every step! 👍 I would highly recommend 👍 my teeth have gone up a few shades in one sitting, I used sensitive tooth paste for couple days prior and after and I do not have any sensitivity! … Just a little tip I did go to the dentist couple weeks prior my visit to check my teeth and gums are in good condition. I had another great experience today for my lashes and waxing. I always come back because Elsa is so professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease. She takes real care in her work and the results are always amazing. Highly recommend!

I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

The Unicorn! Elsa is amazing! I had an incredibly bad and painful experience before with eyelashes. I explained this to Elsa and she sat with me and gave me a tutorial into eyelashes which was so appreciated and together we decided what I wanted. Elsa 100% delivered! I LOVE them and ZERO pain! Elsa and I discussed other treatments and I was ready to jump straight on that beauty train but being the absolute professional she is, she told me to wait and think about it first. Elsa is passionate and caring, listens and is fantastic! She needs way more recognition for her work! #FoundTheUnicorn
