I had both facial and laser treatments with Zafreen at Citrine Clinic and I’m so impressed with the whole experience. She is professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout. The clinic itself is spotless and has such a relaxing atmosphere. My skin felt refreshed and glowing after the facial, and the laser treatments are alw smooth and painless with great results already showing. Zafreen explains everything clearly and makes you feel at home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for quality treatments with a touch of care and professionalism.

What can I say about Beauty Hideout, alot of amazing things but I'll be here forever! Chan, thank you so much for your continued love and support, meeting you was not only great for my skincare but life too (filled with so much positivity and encouragement). I always love having a nice reset facial and it never disappoints. Every time I go, I feel can it get any better (it does 😁). One of the best skincare place out there. Angelica's lymphatic drainage is vastly superior to your average salon experience, and it actually works - makes your body looks more sculpted and revitalised. And my skin was glowing afterwards! Angie puts her heart and soul into her sessions - she will always make you feel that you're well cared for ❤️

I have had anti-wrinkle injections with Hazel twice now. Both times I have felt very at ease, well looked after and received honest advice . Great results each time, I look the same just better and younger. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face.! . I would highly recommend Hazel for any treatment.

My Lympathic massage and facial was absolutely amazing. I saw the difference in my body and face. I also felt very relaxed too. The best therapist I’ve had by far and I highly recommend her.

The staff do a consultation before your facial treatment. The staff are friendly and polite always makes you feel relaxed and comfy. I go there for my facials and I always leave feeling like a star. My face is well done and silky smooth after each treatment. The staff cater to your needs and ensure you leave with a smile on your face. They take pride in their work always aiming to please their customers. I have started doing my lashes there and super love them. I will recommend going there for all your treatments. Keep up the good work ladies I always look forward to my treatments.

I absolutely loved my treatment. The hospitality was amazing, and the way everything was discussed with me made me feel very comfortable and confident. She communicated with me at every step, explaining what she was doing and how it would help my skin. I can honestly see a glow already, and I feel much more confident after the treatment. 100/100 recommended, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your skin, this is the place to go.

Always have an amazing experience with Citrine Clinic! I have been a returning customer for many years now and cannot fault the ladies, especially Nazia and Zafreen for their amazing customer service. Zafreen always goes above and beyond for the services she provides on the day - whether it is a quick eyebrow appointment or even lengthier appointments like facial or body laser treatments -she has always been a gem! Time truly goes so fast that before i know it the session has come to an end. I highly recommend this clinic if you want to look and feel amazingly rejuvenated and relaxed!

I had a wonderful first time experience with Hazel. Her clinic is welcoming and beautifully designed. I had dermaplaning which I needed along with an iced coffee which was my choice of beverage from the menu provided plus a treat in the form of a tasty biscuit. Never had that treatment before. My next appointment is already booked. I would definitely recommend Hazel and MediFace.
