Amazing. The clinician was very friendly and knowledgeable, talked us through everything including aftercare. Clinic was spotless and the treatment price was unbeatable - I'd be very happy to come back for top up treatments whenever needed.

I had my hair cut this afternoon by Rosie and couldn't be happier with the result. Rosie was very friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She did a fantastic job bringing my tired hair back to life – it feels and looks so much healthier and refreshed. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. I’ve been to see Cristina a few times now for eyebrow tattoo removal and then having them redone. Cristina is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and she always takes the time to talk me through everything and give me her honest opinion and advice. I’ve felt completely confident in her care and expertise throughout the process. I’ll definitely be going back to Cristina for more treatments in the future. Highly recommend!

I had my first massage with Ula today, and it was a fantastic experience. I came in with lower back pain and tight shoulders, and she quickly found the areas that needed the most attention. Ula was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The massage was excellent, and I left feeling much more relaxed with far less pain and tension. I was really impressed with her skill and care and would highly recommend her. I'll definitely be booking again. Premises was immaculate and of very high standard. Thank you!

2nd time back, we have had a good experience, great step by step explanation, and aftercare fully explained. My only criticism would be to have our joint appointment at the same time as we booked in for the same time, this avoids us waiting around for each other. I would definitely recommend and I would rebook again. It was worth the 1 hour travelling time for us so overall very happy. Thank you!

Always have an amazing experience with Jordan I’ve had a few appointments with her now having lymphatic massages for post tummy tuck and lipo and wow I feel incredible every time. I’ve just been on holiday for 8 days and I couldn’t wait to get back and see her feel so refreshed again. Always makes me feel so comfortable, she genuinely cares about your results and everything she does and it makes a huge difference to my experience. Best massage I’ve had so far! I usually get deep tissue, but Esme’s Swedish full body was incredible for fixing my desk-job posture. She was so precise, using slow, purposeful movements that targeted every muscle. Unlike most places, she actually focused on upper pectorals, quads, and my left knee (which needed extra care after a sport injury—she was super receptive to this). A touch more oil at times would be ideal, but the attention to detail made it a true full-body treatment. Will definitely be back!
