Looking at the star rating, there should be an option of the 6th star to be amazing! As that is exactly how I feel after my visit at Gemmy Gorgeous... I had the back neck & shoulder massage along with the hair treatment and head massage. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and tension in my head. I came away feeling like my head could roll off my shoulders, I felt relaxed and relieved. Gemma always makes you feel comfortable, welcome and the environment is so tranquil. Thank you Gem. Beautiful, peaceful setting. I instantly felt relaxed. Warm welcome and personalised treatment made it feel really special. Alaine was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Massage was calming and released so much tension. Clean, professional space. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Ellie. I genuinely see both a mental and physical difference in myself after a session. People at work stopped to ask me what I had done as I was 'back to my old self' after a significant period of stress. All thanks to Ellie ❤️

The place is spotless and well-maintained, which made it super relaxing right from the start. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The therapists were skilled and knew exactly how to work out all the tension.

Ellie has such a calming and reassuring manner about her that I instantly felt relaxed. We chatted through issues that I was dealing with and what I wanted to get out of the treatment which was mainly to de-stress and feel relaxed. Ellie definitely achieved that with a wonderful Indian head massage that relaxed me so much I could have fallen asleep! The whole session felt peaceful and unrushed. I would definitely go back.

Ellie was warm and open, she immediately put me at ease and explained what the treatment was all about. I’ve had other massage treatments before, but not Indian Head massage, and not with Ellie. It was very relaxing and there was a lot more work on my arms, shoulders and back which I was not expecting and also on my face. The treatment was very nurturing and I felt calm and happy afterwards, I took this with me into the following few days at home with the kids. It was a very positive experience and I will be back! Thanks Ellie.

Once again Gemma has done an amazing job. I do a lot of heavy lifting at work and came for a back massage as the top of my back is painful. She concentrated on these areas and I felt so welcome and relaxed. I could lay there forever. Be back again soon x

Ellie is a very special person and an intuitive Therapist who understood me. The experience of indian head massage was just wonderful and i think i was asleep after about 5 minutes. It took me ages to come back but Ellie let me sit in a glow for 10 minutes with some mint tea and fresh water. The massage was a gorgeous mix of pressures with an oil that smelled perfect. I will be floating back as soon as possible. I really loved the end where i was wrapped up and rocked. Thank you Ellie!

After leaving Leeds I checked out a few nail bars. They all pale in comparison to Justyna. You don't get any better than her and that's why she's worth travelling to see.

Alaine was incredible, the space was incredible and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep briefly during my facial, as I was soooo relaxed. I had the Gua Sha facial and it was magical. My skin is chuffed. So am I! Lovely touches with the pot of tea post-treatment and also being supported to stay lying down and resting for a while, not feeling like I had to rush off! Will definitely be back.
