I have been to crystal nails salon on numerous of times. Everytime is as amazing as the last. The cleanliness is impeccable, the quality of the nails are amazing, the customer service is fantastic and I would 1000% recommend crystal nails leeds everytime. I am a nail technician myself and this salon is the ONLY salon I will get my nails done at. Paulina and barbi are FANTASTIC nail technicians, I would say the very best that there is.

I had such a great experience with the team at The Nail Lab! Sophie was amazing – she made me feel comfortable, like I was chatting with a friend the whole time. The quality of Sophie’s work was brilliant – you can tell she really cares about what she does. I’m already looking forward to going back.

I can’t recommend Sally enough! She is so personable and instantly makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in. Her workspace is lovely — clean, welcoming and such a nice environment to be in. Her nail creativity is incredible, no matter how simple or detailed the design. What really stands out is how thorough she is with nail prep and attention to detail. She genuinely takes pride in her work and it shows in both the finish and how long my nails last. A true professional who goes above and beyond every appointment.

I always come away from an appointment with Sally feeling lifted - not just because she does my nails in an expert way (which is consistently true) but also because the atmosphere she creates is welcoming, relaxing and reviving. I had a pedicure today and my feet honestly feel 10 years younger! Thank you, Sally!
