Exceptional first visit to Jamie at NOVO Therapy. I was fortunate to secure an on-the-day appointment for my day off when I was really struggling with neck and back pain. Excellent communication and easy booking journey. Lovely treatment room and a warm welcome. The treatment was tailored, insightful and Jamie clearly knew what he was doing. I discovered Shery’s beauty through a Groupon deal and have never looked back. Fariba is exceptional and my nails have NEVER looked better or stayed in tact like they do here. The deep scalp cleanse, warm steam, and amazing head massage melted away all my stress and tension. I left with a thoroughly refreshed scalp, super soft hair, and a total sense of calm. My 11-year-old son came here as I was looking for something to help him relax, as he can be very anxious. He is also autistic and can become overwhelmed sensory-wise. He absolutely loved the experience and was so relaxed that he actually fell asleep and I had to wake him up at the end! He hasn’t stopped talking about it since and is already asking to come back for his birthday. Such a lovely, calming experience for him and perfect for his sensory needs. We will definitely be back.

had the most amazing experience with Heather yesterday. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage followed by a mini HydraFacial, and honestly the whole hour was just lovely from start to finish. The massage was absolutely amazing — Heather is so good at what she does and I felt completely relaxed. I genuinely felt amazing for the rest of the day afterwards.
