I had a back, shoulder and neck massage which was amazing didn't realise just how much tension I was carrying. I felt nice and relaxed afterwards. I also got gel nails and a hand massage my nails are a nice summer blue colour

I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

Had eyebrow lamination and a lash tint with Stephanie. I have had these treatments at various salons in Glasgow and I can honestly say this is the best brow lamination I have ever had. Stephanie did a fantastic job and I left feeling delighted with my perfect brows! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing. The vibe, aroma, temperature, and bed comfort was 10/10. The actual massage it's self was incredible, the best deep tissue I've had yet. Can't believe I've only just found Sara! I already can't wait to go back and try a different type.

This was my first visit. I had a neck, shoulder & back massage followed by a lymphatic drainage facial. A fantastic experience. I had a bad crick in my neck but when my treatment was finished even my feet felt better! I would definitely go again.

The TMJ/jaw treatment has already made a difference. Konstantine took loads of time to carefully explain the anatomy and what causes the issue than worked on my upper back, neck, chest face and then some work inside my mouth. He kept checking in to ensure I was comfortable and responded swiftly. He is sensitive and responsive as well as highly competent. I have had regular treatments before for my neck and back and trust him implicitly. I wouldn't have confidence to go to anyone else with this jaw issue. I've just had my first massage with Xenia and it was unbelievable! She really took her time in the places that needed most attention, and got knots out my legs that I never even knew were there! I booked in with Pik Kei not quite knowing what to expect, and left already planning my next appointment. She has an amazing feel and approach, almost a dance-like motion as she works, so the whole thing feels like one continuous wave rather than a series of techniques. She found the spots I didn’t even know were holding tension and worked them properly. You can feel the Orchid Method training in everything she does: the pacing, the pressure, the confidence... Honestly one of the best massages. Highly recommend!!

I’ve had many massages in Glasgow but this was by far the best! Sam is so professional and friendly and clearly well versed in all things lymphatic. Xen is an absolute lifesaver. Been trying out different places for a while and this. is. the. one. Cannot recommend enough - also unbelievably easy to communicate with, ensures your comfort at all times. I have a muscular spasm that has been acting up more than usual and Xen literally gave me movement back that I haven’t had in a month. No pain, somehow just intuitively knows what needs what. Magic is real!

Margaret is amazing! I would have written my review sooner but I fell asleep after our session. I went for the deep tissue massage and throughout Margaret would check in on me on the pressure she used and the technique she would be using. Before the massage started Margaret asked where my problem areas were to ensure the massage was tailored to my needs and at the end recommended a timeline of when to come back and what massage would suit best next time. This is my second time coming to Margaret and although it’s been some time since appointments she remembered me which was very comforting.

I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!
