I had a wonderful first time experience at Novaluca Therapies. Dee was very friendly and she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in her setting. I received an amazing 90 min Hot Stone Full Body Massage with a Cold Stone Facial, which really made a difference to the back aches I was experiencing previously, and helped me relax and de-stress. Moved to Basingstoke last year and have struggled to find a salon that is both friendly and affordable, the girls at Lara’s are very welcoming, have now had a few different treatments (amazing massages) this is now my regular go to salon x

Amazing! I have been dealing with an injury and Emma really helped me. I had a 20 minute walk home and it was pain free compared to the walk there which wasn’t. I would highly recommend a massage with Emma.

I absolutely loved every moment of my Wonderlift facial and upgraded massage. From the moment I arrived, Lucy created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere—it was easy to completely switch off and just be present. The treatment not only exceeded my expectations, but left my skin glowing and incredibly soft. I felt completely at peace and so relaxed, both inside and out. Susan was fabulous as usual! I had a Hollywood wax and it really was so much less painful than I’d built it up to be in my head, I’ve recently stopped laser hair removal due to the pain and waxing is definitely the way to go! Thanks Susan and what a beautiful little business Eloquin is!

Loved the massage. Dee was welcoming and friendly yet professional.I arrived with mild back ache and left with no pain and felt as if stress had melted away. Room was warm, comfortable and clean and the decor and music added to the feeling of calm. Have already booked next session.

OMG Dee isn't just a lovely person, she's a miracle worker! She found all my crunchy bits and melted them away, I felt so relaxed and my pain has gone. I had the neck, shoulders and back massage and her magic fingertips have eased off all the pain I'd been feeling for weeks. Definitely coming back for more!

Lara has been fantastic with deep tissue massage. Far superior to an Osteopath finally I am able to walk and move without severe lower back pain. Wonderful and friendly and great to be able to support local business.
