I had a soft tissue massage with Sarah today and would highly recommend. I felt I had quite a lot of tension and Sarah really worked into the areas that needed it - my body has been very grateful for releasing some of that tightness! We also had a good chat during the appointment, which made the experience feel really relaxed and personal. Sarah was lovely, friendly and professional, and I’ll definitely be going back.

Lara was so lovely with my twelve year old. We booked the 2 treatments Teen package and my daughter chose back massage and facial. She loved the treatments and Lara was wonderful - the whole experience was so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Denise was so good. She’s extremely knowledgeable and well versed in her craft. Her massage techniques to help relax as well as loosen tight muscles is commendable. She was professional and empathetic in understanding how much pressure I could take as a new client and adjusted accordingly! I just didn’t want the massage to end and I can’t wait to go back.
