I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Bobby. He knew exactly how to find and release every knot, and the pressure was perfect throughout. I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed. Highly recommend — Bobby is excellent at what he does.

Bobby is an expert at everything he does. Known him for 20 years and I’m not surprised he’s excellent at this too. Booked in for a full body deep tissue massage, and WOW! Feel like have had a muscle MOT done. Very intuitive, excellent knowledge and advice, firm pressure and incredible treatment left me feeling like floating on a cloud after as felt so relaxed and tension was released! I will be back !

I visited Louise today I had got a voucher for the Stress Bundle Package received from Louise donating a voucher for the local school for their Christmas raffle. I did not know Louise was litterly on my own door step. I have not had a massage like this before, I feel amazing. Louise was fantastic took her time didn't not miss anything. Made me feel at home and relaxed. Service is phenomenal. Kind, friendly and welcoming. A big big thank you. Will book in very soon for a full body. Greatly appreciated Louise xx

Bobby was first class. Put me at ease straight away. I was having a lot of issues with my back. Feeling a bit tender today after deep tissue work but already feeling more movement. I will definitely be back to continue fixing my back and permanently getting rid of the pain it cause. Thanks again Bobby 😊

I had a full sports‑focused massage with Bobby at The Recovery Room, and it was exactly what my body needed. He took his time working through trigger points, inflammation, digestion‑related tension, and overall muscle wellbeing. His knowledge really showed — especially with the lat activation work and the way he tailored everything to what I needed while prepping for a show. The pressure was perfect throughout, and he genuinely put so much care and effort into the session. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and completely reset. Outstanding from start to finish.

First time with Debbie and will not be the last. Best back and neck massage I have ever had, all the benefits of a deep tissue but with the care and attention of a holistic massage. The reflexology was wonderful and the custom blended massage oil was a lovely touch. Thank you Debbie, really relaxing and calming experience.

I had the 30 minute back Massage and 30 minute Reflexology, both were excellent. The treatment room was stunning and the ambience so calming and relaxing. The therapist was so professional. Definitely a five star all around.

I had my first ever physiotherapy session at The Recovery Room and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrive everything was explained clearly to me and I was always asked for permission throughout, which made me feel very comfortable and respected. After the session, I felt noticeably better, and by this evening I’ve had more movement than I’ve had in the past 10 days. That alone speaks volumes! Excellent experience with Adam. I have been getting treatment from October 25 for ongoing lower back pain. After it cleared up with Adam’s help I decided to make it a monthly check up with Adam to help with any issues in my back neck and shoulders to keep away the pain and tension and stay on top of things. Honestly can’t recommend Adam highly enough he does a superb job and I feel a lot better after every treatment 5*****
