Another absolutely fabulous session with Giovanna! Second Reflexology & Reiki treatment this evening and I feel so much better already. Dealing with chronic stress, pain, fatigue and stomach issues that have not been helped much medically. This was one of the best Reike sessions I ever had. Giovanna is a very gifted therapist. The room was very comfortable, and the setting perfect for relaxation. I felt very safe and contained by Giovanna and could feel the tension and stressful energy in my body transform into a sense of deep peace and relaxation. Giovanna was able to pick up where the energy in my body had become trapped, and through her treatment I certainly left the session feeling both physically and emotionally energized. Another amazing appointment with Aisling.... full body aromatherapy massage. Aisling puts you completely at ease with her friendly manner and infectious laugh. I felt completely relaxed during and after the massage and have had the best night's sleep in ages.
