I’ve been getting regular lymphatic drainage massages here for a while now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jaqueline is exceptional—professional, caring, and incredibly skilled. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely looked after. On top of that, the results are always excellent. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality treatment!

Absolutely love this place! I came in for forehead threading and was blown away by how precise and gentle the therapist was. She explained everything before starting and took great care to avoid irritation. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and everyone was super friendly. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Puy for the gua sha facial and lymphatic drainage massages. From the moment the session began, I felt completely relaxed and in expert hands. The gua sha technique was both gentle and deeply effective. The lymphatic drainage massage was equally amazing and left me feeling lighter and rejuvenated overall. Thank you, Puy :)

Joy was great, very attentive & a little mad she was hoping on & off the massage table bending me around in ways I thought not quite possible. However shame once again her colleagues didn't consider the ambience required for a massage - quiet relaxation, banging cupboard doors, heavy footsteps in the hallway, & what sounded like a trolley laden with broken glass being pushed down a cobbled street, Joy could only apologise! This is not the first time I have had my massage disrupted by external noise withing the building. I would also note I tried to book on the website & had to book via Fresha

Had a lovely spa pedicure with gel nails. Very relaxing and nails look gorgeous. Have always put off having this done as embarrassmed by my feet and nails. But was made to feel very comfortable. Also great massage chair

I had a lovely pedicure from Pratibha. Best massage ever. Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff, relaxing music and a perfect temperature. Will definitely return and highly recommend. Bonus that they offer a spa pedicure without polish so no need to head out in your flip flops afterwards! Happy customer with happy feet 😊

I had an amazing massage experience that completely melted away my stress and tension. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Pui is professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to target the areas where I carry the most tension, especially in my shoulders and back. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, refreshed, and incredibly relaxed. The massage relieved so much built-up stress and muscle tightness that I didn’t even realize I was holding onto. It truly helped me unwind both physically and mentally. Highly recommend.
