Alison is brilliant! By far the best wax technician I’ve ever had. She is patient, professional and genuinely lovely putting me at ease instantly. After my Hollywood, Alison gave me a fantastic lash lift and tint which looks incredible. We finished with the luxury manicure with gel polish and my hands look and feel fabulous. 10/10. Rebooked for next month immediately.

I had an excellent experience with my eyebrow threading! Ravina is incredibly skilled, patient, and attentive to detail. I had a gel polish pedicure and an e-file pedicure, and I’m very happy with the results. The service was professional, precise, and done with great attention to detail. Such a wonderful relaxing experience having a manicure and pedicure today with Jowita. Im attending a wedding and wanted a classy demure look. Jowita listened so closely to what I wanted and I am over the moo.n with the beautiful finish on my nails. A beautiful salon, light , clean and welcoming, I felt so comfortable and looked after. And my nails are perfect !

I came to Kiki’s after getting BIAB at a different salon. Thank goodness for Grace. I explained how my nails were feeling so weak after being over filed with an electric file. She reassured me and got a new set done and she answered my questions about care etc. This time my BIAB looked great, and loved the colour. So I came back today for my infills and again Grace was fab. Great work and lovely conversation. Will be coming back to Kiki’s from now on 😀

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!
