Alison is brilliant! By far the best wax technician I’ve ever had. She is patient, professional and genuinely lovely putting me at ease instantly. After my Hollywood, Alison gave me a fantastic lash lift and tint which looks incredible. We finished with the luxury manicure with gel polish and my hands look and feel fabulous. 10/10. Rebooked for next month immediately.

I had an excellent experience with my eyebrow threading! Ravina is incredibly skilled, patient, and attentive to detail. She took the time to shape my brows perfectly to suit my face, and the results were clean, natural, and beautifully defined. The process was quick, gentle, and far less painful than I expected. The salon was clean, welcoming, and professional, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for precise, high-quality eyebrow threading. I had a gel polish pedicure and an e-file pedicure, and I’m very happy with the results. The service was professional, precise, and done with great attention to detail. My feet look and feel amazing, and the hybrid polish was applied perfectly. The whole treatment was comfortable, hygienic, and relaxing. I came to Kiki’s after getting BIAB at a different salon. Thank goodness for Grace. I explained how my nails were feeling so weak after being over filed with an electric file. She reassured me and got a new set done and she answered my questions about care etc. This time my BIAB looked great, and loved the colour. So I came back today for my infills and again Grace was fab. Great work and lovely conversation. Will be coming back to Kiki’s from now on 😀

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

i’ve never been happier with my nails! i got biab and im absolutely over the moon with Blanka’s work. She really took her time with cuticle work and the biab application making them all so perfect. So approachable and friendly and i couldn’t fault her or her nails!! Book in! 5/5⭐️

I’ve been going to Ravina for years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She always knows exactly what suits me and somehow gets them perfect every single time. Ravina is so lovely, friendly, and professional, and she always makes me feel completely at ease and welcome from the moment I walk in. I always leave feeling so much more confident. I couldn’t recommend Ravina highly enough!
