A wonderful manicure and removal of gel polish. I have to have my nails short for work, but Jowita makes them look clean and well cared for. Highly recommend !

Had a brilliant session and a new loyal customer now. Rose is kind, warm and very skilled. I had a lymphatic drainage massage on my body and face plus the manicure. My nails look beautiful and I feel rested and much lighter. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with my eyebrow threading! Ravina is incredibly skilled, patient, and attentive to detail. She took the time to shape my brows perfectly to suit my face, and the results were clean, natural, and beautifully defined. The process was quick, gentle, and far less painful than I expected. The salon was clean, welcoming, and professional, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for precise, high-quality eyebrow threading. Such a wonderful relaxing experience having a manicure and pedicure today with Jowita. Im attending a wedding and wanted a classy demure look. Jowita listened so closely to what I wanted and I am over the moo.n with the beautiful finish on my nails. A beautiful salon, light , clean and welcoming, I felt so comfortable and looked after. And my nails are perfect !

I was impressed by the skill if the graduate stylist that did my hair. I am very happy with my hair, she did it exactly how I wanted, she was very courteous and sensed I wasn't much of a talker and didn't press my for conversation. I would visit again. I am disappointed that the tips don't go directly to the stylists

I came to Kiki’s after getting BIAB at a different salon. Thank goodness for Grace. I explained how my nails were feeling so weak after being over filed with an electric file. She reassured me and got a new set done and she answered my questions about care etc. This time my BIAB looked great, and loved the colour. So I came back today for my infills and again Grace was fab. Great work and lovely conversation. Will be coming back to Kiki’s from now on 😀

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!
