Friendly professional and extremely clean. Ash is really helpful and answered all my questions. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. Easy to find above monroes on Highfield road. Just straight up the stairs in the shop. The stairs are right in front of you as you open the door. Parking is free and easy enough to find a space even though it’s a busy high street. Convenient to book a suitable day and time for me as well. I will definitely be looking at other treatments.

Been having my lashes done for many years here and they are Fabulous as always!. Calm and relaxing treatment room and always a welcoming smile from Caroline. Also had Botox and lip fillers and would Highly recommend her for any beauty treatment. Xx

I’ve had a few treatments with Emma, including a chemical peel and microneedling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve always struggled with acne-prone skin and pigmentation on my cheeks, but since starting my treatments I’ve noticed such a big difference. My skin is so much clearer and I haven’t had a break out since having the chemical peel. Emma is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really welcoming. She takes the time to explain each treatment and answer any questions. I will definitely be going back and would strongly recommend.

Had another great experience at the clinic today . Had some fillers abd botox but the main thing i had done is a cog lift. Wow what a difference my face is so defined my jaw line looks great as do my cheek bones . Thank you so much john youve done a wonderful job yet again . See you in a few weeks. I had a chemical peel and microneedling treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I was made to feel comfortable, everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was carried out professionally and with great care. My skin already looks and feels so much smoother, brighter, and refreshed. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I can really see the difference. John is extremely talented with the treatments. When I first came to him it was for some wrinkle relaxing injections but since then I trust him with my whole face. He’s extremely knowledgeable and the clinic is gorgeous as the name says. We have done a botox brow lift, facial symmetry work and lip enhancements. I feel the best I have ever felt, natural but better. I trust you with my face John!
