Friendly professional and extremely clean. Ash is really helpful and answered all my questions. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. Easy to find above monroes on Highfield road. Just straight up the stairs in the shop. The stairs are right in front of you as you open the door. Parking is free and easy enough to find a space even though it’s a busy high street. Convenient to book a suitable day and time for me as well. I will definitely be looking at other treatments.

I’ve been a regular for Alice for the past year now Ive always loved the outcome of my lips with her she is fantastic and so patient with me. I’ve Always been so anxious about getting them done in the past but she always talks me trough the steps . I couldn’t recommend her enough. And I always appreciate the aftercare and advice.

I’ve had a few treatments with Emma, including a chemical peel and microneedling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve always struggled with acne-prone skin and pigmentation on my cheeks, but since starting my treatments I’ve noticed such a big difference. My skin is so much clearer and I haven’t had a break out since having the chemical peel. Emma is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really welcoming. She takes the time to explain each treatment and answer any questions. I will definitely be going back and would strongly recommend.

I absolutely loved getting a pamper and haircut at Studio 29. Sarah is a gem - she was so attentive and knew exactly what style I was after. The result was more impressive than I anticipated. I went in with very dry and flat hair but when Sarah worked her magic, my hair was soooo shiny, smelt amazing, and kept its volume (which is exactly how I wanted it). I’ve had compliments all day, not just the style but how bouncy and healthy looks. Thank you Sarah, won’t be long till you see me again ❤️

I had a chemical peel and microneedling treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I was made to feel comfortable, everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was carried out professionally and with great care. Jordanne was amazing! I had my lips done for the first time with her and I was so nervous, she put me at ease and made me feel really comfortable. The whole experience was great and I wouldn’t go to anyone else after this! I would highly recommend her services! I’m going to book in for other treatments as the salon is gorgeous and all the staff were so friendly! I’m in LOVE with my lips!

Brilliant experience! Emma put me completely at ease, and was very thorough. We discussed my skin concerns and what I’d like to achieve. I’ve had treatments before and they have been quite rushed and not at all relaxing. This was the first time I have genuinely really enjoyed a treatment. Emma took her time and I felt completely pampered! I could have fell asleep! Looking forward to returning 😍
