Friendly professional and extremely clean. Ash is really helpful and answered all my questions. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. Easy to find above monroes on Highfield road. Just straight up the stairs in the shop. The stairs are right in front of you as you open the door. Parking is free and easy enough to find a space even though it’s a busy high street. Convenient to book a suitable day and time for me as well. I will definitely be looking at other treatments.

Had full face thread lift today,as always made to feel completely at ease by John,he talked me through the whole procedure. Felt no pain whatsoever. Fully explained aftercare. Had a quick peek after procedure and WOW already looks amazing,cant wait to see the end result once its all settled. I really cant recommend the gorgeous clinic enough,the whole team are fabulous. Ive had the full ultra package and each procedure has been done wonderfully, I will continue to visit the clinic for a maintenance plan that John will put into place for me. Thankyou so much guys 💝

John is extremely talented with the treatments. When I first came to him it was for some wrinkle relaxing injections but since then I trust him with my whole face. He’s extremely knowledgeable and the clinic is gorgeous as the name says. We have done a botox brow lift, facial symmetry work and lip enhancements.
