From the care and attention Zahra puts into every step to the high-quality products she uses, everything felt premium and personalized. I was an hour late to my appointment due to traffic, but the staffs did everything to help and even stay beyond their closing time to accommodate me. The massage and hammam were 10/10 and best I've ever had (and I've been to loads of hammam and massage around the world!) super pleased for my last night in Dubai and felt much lighter for my flight ahead! R Style is an amazing beauty salon—truly one of the best in Dubai.Mr. Amir is exceptional with hair, and the entire team is highly professional and talented. Also nail services are excellent; Ms Hayma, Aya, Berna, Liya amazing. What really stands out is how kind, generous, and positive everyone is. The salon has such beautiful energy—everyone is always smiling and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. This was my second visit to Sultana Spa, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I had a Turkish scrub, bubble massage, and Thai massage — each seamless, relaxing, and expertly delivered. The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. With a perfect location opposite Dubai Mall and stunning Burj Khalifa views, Sultana Spa is a true five-star retreat I’ll happily return to.

Suzie who did my nails was super! She is very attentive and professional. There was a slight mix up with the prices but the staff recognised the issue and corrected it which I greatly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done with Suzie, she is lovely and really cares about delivering a great customer experience. I’ll definitely come back to the salon on my next visit to Dubai.

I got recommened the moroccan bath her from a friend. Words cant explain how good it was! I feel 5kg lighter and so detoxed and refreshed. Zahra is incredible, you can feel she enjoys what she does. She does it from her heart! The receptionist, didnt get her name :-(, is also lovely. I struggled to find the place as I dont know the area and she even came out to get me. Really 10/10 to everyone. Cant wait to be back

This Moroccan bath is on another level without a doubt the most amazing experience in Dubai! From the moment it started, it felt like pure luxury: the steam, the deep cleansing, the relaxing atmosphere… everything was flawless. My skin has never felt this good, silky smooth, refreshed, and glowing. The entire treatment was so rejuvenating that I left feeling lighter, recharged, and completely pampered. The manicure & pedicure were pure perfection, and the wavy blow dry? Total red carpet vibes 😍 If you want to feel pampered, glowing, and absolutely fabulous… this is THE place 💕💕

He's experience and quality of work is one of the best I've ever had.
