We had a great experience. I actually booked for my mom as well, and our mani/pedis were taken care of by Mailee, Sophie and Stephanie. They were very friendly and made us really happy. I also had a hair treatment with Farah and she took really good care of my hair. It didn’t feel rushed and she was very gentle and thorough with my sensitive scalp and hair. She also gave me tips on the next treatments I should try that would benefit me, so I’m looking forward to doing those next time. Thanks.

My favorite and the best salon in Dubai

Best salon experience in Dubai ever. The receptionist Nelsey was sooooo sweet and welcoming and helpful. She welcomed me with huge professionalism and a bigger smile. She connected with Christina who is one of the only two people I would trust now with my hair and life. Both ladies were AMAZING and my hair turned out soooooo beautiful and most importantly i felt it was protected and taken care of. Christina is an amazing hair professional and deserves 1M USD as a christmas bonus 🙏😍

So kind, gentle, and genuinely listens to what you want. She makes you feel comfortable and confident from the moment you sit in her chair. my soft light session done with her (not my first time), and honestly she never disappoints. She’s so professional, super gentle, and really precise with her work. You can tell she pays attention to every little detail, and the results always come out clean and natural. Definitely someone I trust and keep going back to 🤍🤍

Great service as always. However, pedicure services can be better if customers can sit in the pedicure area to have the service done. Sometimes it feels a bit uncomfortable to do it while blow drying or hairstyle. Also, exfoliating the soles are often forgotten unless a customer mentions it. Doing services at once is understandable to be able to assist most customers however it would be more convenient to do one thing at a time. Furthermore, manicures are always superb but nail polish application can improve.

My nails look flawless, my skin is glowing like never before, and the haircut with styling was spot on, sleek and fresh.
