I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. First time using Emily and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She did a fantastic job correcting a colour issue left by a previous hairdresser and really took the time to get it right. Emily was lovely to talk to, made me feel comfortable throughout, and the whole experience was so enjoyable. The salon itself is lovely too. I’m so pleased with my hair and would definitely recommend Emily to anyone looking for a talented and friendly hairdresser! xx

I had a great experience. Marina was very friendly and explained the important things I needed to know about laser hair removal, and she answered any questions I had. The clinic was lovely and clean with a therapeutic ambiance as I entered. I will definitely be going back for laser treatment.

Emily is such a lovely lady, very friendly and complementary. I wanted something low maintenance and easily manageable, since becoming a mum I don't have much time to do my hair. She did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair, and gave me great advice on caring for my hair including product recommendations. I will definitely be going back!

Always an amazing experience no matter what therapist you have, they are all very highly skilled, the environment is calming and soothing. Definitely the best I have used in London and I have been a constant visitor for quite a few years now. Great staff and place.

Lee did both my little boy's hair and my daughter's. My son sat like a pro, no nerves there, and Lee was really calm and accommodating to him. And she listened to what my daughter wanted and even finished it off with a few plaits which is great for this hot weather. Thank you so much!
