Today I had an Intensive Hair Treatment, Halo Head Massage & Blow Dry as part of a Blue Light Offer, and it was such an incredible experience! My hair was feeling dry and damaged, but the treatment left it feeling soft, shiny, and full of life. The massage was so relaxing—it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. The vibe of this salon is pure luxury! Caitlin is lovely, was so chilled out I fell asleep when getting my lashes done then woke up to pure glam. Would highly recommend! You need to book in.

Natalie is truley a fairy god mother I had my extensions refitted after going with someone who didn’t know what they was doing . I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish.
