Today I had an Intensive Hair Treatment, Halo Head Massage & Blow Dry as part of a Blue Light Offer, and it was such an incredible experience! Natalie is truley a fairy god mother I had my extensions refitted after going with someone who didn’t know what they was doing . I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement.
