Today I had an Intensive Hair Treatment, Halo Head Massage & Blow Dry as part of a Blue Light Offer, and it was such an incredible experience! My hair was feeling dry and damaged, but the treatment left it feeling soft, shiny, and full of life. The massage was so relaxing—it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish. 1st time entering the shop and was greeted with pleasure, had an appointment made and I'm over the moon with my lashes and eyebrows , I would highly recommend anyone to visit this shop . I will be back in 3 wks for my infills.

Lauren was fantastic, I have had a few Indian head massages and her was up there with one of the best. Her advice around my facial was amazing as I do suffer from cyst like spots on my chin which can be painful. She tailored my facial to ensure it wasn’t painful in anyway and home remedies to help with the pressure of spots. My friend was amazed at the price as she is also a key worker she will be booking in soon too. It’s worth every penny spent and just what I needed after a busy weekend at work.
