Very relaxing and calming from the offset. The team were welcoming and made you feel at ease. It was my first experience of a full body massage and Nicky made sure that i was comfortable and was very accommodating. The spa itself was lovely and clean, and although small, it gave an intimate and cosy feeling which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :)

She really listened to what I wanted, offered great advice, and the final result exceeded my expectations. This is my third visit to the reading rooms and have enjoyed it each time. Today I had a 90 minute full body massage with Nicky, who was very attentive. I received a wonderful massage from her. She asked what pressure I would like, and it was just as I had hoped for. The ambience is great, the room temperature was just right and mixed with very soothing, relaxing background music just set the mood for a relaxing treatment. I would certainly recommend coming here for a treatment.
