Dilara is a good manicurist and I am never disappointed with her work. She has always given me a good manicure and I am very pleased with the results.

Lovely fresh set of nails

Just about an okay experience, manicure and polish completed in record breaking ten minutes. Limited interaction, I had every intention of rebooking for half term and was also very interested in a monthly treat for myself, possibly a facial and or massage. Enquired with colleague about treatments and was told that those with older skin do not want Botox, completely disinterested in offering any advice or appointments. Shame as your salon looks fabulous. My granddaughter was pleased with her nails, I was expecting a bit more of a pamper for her and left feeling disappointed.

We believed that we had shared with you the skin treatments that we currently offered and also proposed that we were having someone join our team in the near future offering more invasive skin treatments if that was something you were interested in. We are a diverse team and whilst we do our upmost to ensure that all our customers have a great experience with clear communication, we understand that sometimes language barriers can present challenges.
