Very relaxing and calming from the offset. The team were welcoming and made you feel at ease. It was my first experience of a full body massage and Nicky made sure that i was comfortable and was very accommodating. The spa itself was lovely and clean, and although small, it gave an intimate and cosy feeling which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :)

Came across Queen B Beauty whilst traveling from North Yorkshire and all I can say is WOW! Amazing!!!!! The most loveliest lady did my lashes, welcomed me drinks, fluffy blanket as it’s been so cold! Had a lovely conversation, chatty and bubbly! Would absolutely recommend anyone to go here! Not only lashes are available but they offer so many services! If I could give 10 starts i absolutely would! ❤️ Thankyou so so so much! Xxxxxx

Harriet was so friendly and put me at ease straightaway. As it was my first visit, she discussed my requirements in detail. My lashes are amazing. ( The only issue I have is that I can never seem to get through on the phone.I have rearranged my next appointment online but had arranged to ring Harriet straight back to confirm but there was no answer.)

This is my third visit to the reading rooms and have enjoyed it each time. Today I had a 90 minute full body massage with Nicky, who was very attentive. I received a wonderful massage from her. She asked what pressure I would like, and it was just as I had hoped for. The ambience is great, the room temperature was just right and mixed with very soothing, relaxing background music just set the mood for a relaxing treatment. I would certainly recommend coming here for a treatment.

It was my first visit to this beauty salon and my first impression was how welcoming everybody was. The salon is tastefully decorated with warm calming colours and an atmosphere to match. I am an "elderly Nanny" and didn't know what to expect with my "classic full set of eyelashes" Bria the Manager could not have given me any more of her personal attention for each eyelash taking such care and consideration of my sensitive eyes.. Today was my first time experience with Holly and she was so lovely! She did my lashes (Hybrid Infill) and brows ( wax and tint) so perfectly!!! She really checked in to make sure she did exactly what I wanted as it was my first time with her. Definitely booking in again! Thank you for such a relaxing experience x
