I had a lash lift and brow tint with Grace and I’m so pleased with the results. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. My lashes look beautifully lifted and my brows are perfectly tinted and shaped. Everything looks natural but really enhances my features. I love my visits to Vanity on Blackbird Road Leicester. The staff are always friendly, professional and offer a high quality service to their customers. The salon is immaculately clean and Covid safe.

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

1st time having my lashes done with Kimberley I loved how relaxing the treatment room was & how lovely Kimberley was I hadn’t had lashes in ages so I was unsure wat I actually wanted with length & volume etc so I left it all in her hands what to do & I honestly couldn’t of been any happier. Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I was initially very hesitant about waxing, but Anita explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease—the pain was far less than I expected. I had a set of Russians for Christmas and they are perfect! 😍 Beauty room is immaculate with and en-suite attached. Certifications on display. Professional and welcoming. All patch tests and forms completed prior to treatment. Chiara whilst professional is so kind and caring, she talked me through what she was doing and really put my mind at ease. I have sensitive eyes and she took care and paid attention to detail. As a glasses wearer I wasn't sure Russians would work for me, Chiara made sure my lashes sat perfectly under my glasses and followed up to ensure all was OK. Amazing service! Xx

Absolutely love my treatments this afternoon 💅✨ I had a lash lift, brow tint, & nails done — and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail was amazing, everything was done so professionally, & the whole experience felt really relaxing. My lashes look lifted and defined, my brows are perfectly shaped and tinted, and my nails are flawless. You can tell the girls really take pride in their work. This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

Had a lash lift and tint with Sade I’ve had them before not at this salon she talked me through it which I thought was great and even offered to tint my lower lashes which I’ve never been offered before this is the best lift and tint I’ve had and I will be coming back thankyou
