I love my visits to Vanity on Blackbird Road Leicester. The staff are always friendly, professional and offer a high quality service to their customers. The salon is immaculately clean and Covid safe.

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

Absolutely amazed by the lash lift and tint from Jenny! My lashes have always been very blonde and none existent I now have beautiful dark lashes with a lift and curve like I couldn’t imagine! Thank you Jenny I will definitely be back for more. Friendly and welcoming overall great experience!

First time visiting for treatments I booked lash lift & tint, henna brows, gel manicure & footlogix luxury pedicure. I’m IN LOVE with my lashes first time having lash lift and they look so much better then I imagined! My brows are on point! First time having a luxury pedicure and it didn’t disappoint! Nails look beautiful and fresh! Thank you so much to Sylvia I feel great!! The staff are very professional and make sure everything is clean. I’ll be rebooking in for more treatments very soon!

Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I was initially very hesitant about waxing, but Anita explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease—the pain was far less than I expected. The space is welcoming, friendly, and always comfortable. I also genuinely enjoy our conversations, which make each appointment even better. This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

I’ve had my eyelash extensions done by Greta many times now and I’m always happy with the results. She’s super professional, lovely, gentle, and makes the appointment feel very relaxed. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
