Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Thai was my first experience of having a lip enchantment and I’m so glad I chose Autumn to carry out my treatment. I gave her quite the challenge having a very small upper lip, to create a fuller more lifted look and to balance out both the upper and lower lip. She explained the process very carefully and made sure I was comfortable throughout and I felt confident enough to trust her judgment with the finished look.
