Wonderful. The team is very attentive. Took my jacket once I walked in and offered drinks and a snack for your appointment. Evelina is amazing at what she does. Very fast (1 hr.) and always gives the best women's haircuts in London. I went in not really knowing what I wanted but I was confident in her skills to give me something that I would like and look good in. Many many thanks Evelina and Andrew Jose team! Sara is amazing, I’ve been coming to Sara for 3 years and even though I’ve moved out of London I have my monthly appointments with her in the diary! I completely trust Sara with my hair. Her bouncy blow-dry is great and lasts the whole weekend. From balayage to growing out my grey with care Sara has nailed my colour every time. My hair washes and dries beautifully after a bi-monthly cut with Sara—I can’t recommend her enough!! 💆🏻‍♀️💓👌🏼

I always have a five-star experience at Image London Bermondsey. The staff are extremely professional, kind and caring. I have very thin hair and wear a sewn-on extension weft, and the result looks amazingly natural thanks to their extremely precise work. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you, Image London!

I have been Cassia and Jessica's client for years now ! The only place I go to get my hair done here in London. My recent appointment was the Brazilian knot extension. All I can say is they both show a huge expert level of consultation. To add the quality of the extensions used were of exceptional quality. They blended seamlessly with my natural hair, and the texture and colour match were spot on. Incredible level of skill and precision during the installation process. The extensions were attached securely, love this team and can't thank them enough ! Highly recommend !

Peter was great. I haven’t been to a stylist in years and thought I would treat myself on this visit to London. I followed. His recommendations on cut and style and could not be happier. I walked out of chop chop feeling like Kate Moss. I note that the woman who was just finishing her treatment with Peter upon my arrival was also grinning from ear to ear with her new look as well. Nico is hands down the best hairdresser in London. I am absolutely obsessed with my hair. The colour and cut are beyond phenomenal, and the results speak for themselves. His level of technical skill paired with true artistic vision is rare. Nico doesn’t just do hair, he creates masterpieces. On top of being insanely talented, Nico is also incredibly kind, generous, and understanding, which makes the whole experience even better. I leave feeling confident, excited, and genuinely thrilled every single time. I would never trust my hair with anyone else, Nico is simply exceptional!

Great! Alisson really listed to my requests and gave me exactly what I asked for. He took the time to show me alternate ways of styling my new haircut. I love it! He and all of the staff were very personable, sharing recommendations for some of their favorite local restaurants with us as they knew that we were visiting. Will return next time I am in London.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The salon is beautiful and clean, and Hannah is an incredibly talented stylist. I really appreciated how she took time to consult me and ensure that we're on the same page. We discussed a few options, and I loved how she explained pros and cons of each. Unfortunately I'm moving from London soon, but if that wasn't the case, I would be a loyal long-term customer :)
