I had a really positive experience at this SDL clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The consultation process was thorough they took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable IV therapy rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. Rasha and Fjolla were absolutely amazing. I had a scalp and face PRF session and can already see noticeable results, my skin is brighter and clearer and there is new hair growth after just one session! The clinic is lovely and clean and the ladies went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as I was a bit nervous. They answered all of my questions in detail and put together a treatment plan addressing all of my concerns. I had my first visit to an aesthetics clinic for my dark circles, and it was a really positive experience. The consultant was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The best facial I’ve had ever. The girls were very welcoming and took time to understand my skin and needs. Hiba was very thorough, really got into my skin and explained the process for me before and as she was doing it. My skin feels so much better even after just one session. The clinic will definitely be my go to for any skin and other needs.
